Home remedies for common ailments, made from natural ingredients like turmeric milk, tulasi-ginger tea, and aloe vera gel, can be demonstrated for preventive care but not administered. Understanding occupational hazards related to various jobs (e.g., eye strain for computer users, back pain for drivers) and practicing preventive measures like posture correction, stretching exercises, breathing routines, and yogāsanas helps maintain health. Basic emergency response knowledge, including first aid for minor injuries, is vital, but advanced procedures should only be performed by trained adults. Exploring health apps for fitness, doctor consultations, vaccination records, and mental well-being supports modern healthcare awareness. Promoting the service through posters, announcements, community walks, and social media increases participation and impact.
