Welcome to ConceptScroll. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. About ConceptScroll

ConceptScroll is a free educational social media platform for Indian students in classes 6–12. We provide NCERT-aligned content, quizzes, and social learning features.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Users under 13 should use the platform with parental guidance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the platform for educational purposes.
Not post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Not attempt to hack, spam, or misuse the platform.
Respect other users and their content.

4. Content

Educational content on ConceptScroll is based on NCERT and other standard curricula.
User-generated content (posts, comments) remains the property of the creator.
By posting content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The ConceptScroll name, logo, and original platform content are our intellectual property. NCERT content is used for educational purposes under fair use.

6. Limitation of Liability

ConceptScroll is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform. Educational content is supplementary and does not replace formal education.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Subscription and Payment Terms

ConceptScroll offers a free 30-day trial for new users — no payment required.
After the trial, you may choose a paid plan (Habit Pass or Scholar) via Razorpay.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and subject to their terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment by contacting us at [email protected].
Refunds are processed at our discretion and subject to applicable laws.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
